5 Hour Special Event Package
Our 5 Hour Event Package is available for those wishing to host an event in the beautiful first floor of the home or on the grounds and outdoor areas. The package allows your guests access to the entire first floor including the Cafe Room with 6 tables and 24 chairs, the Dining Room, which seats 14, the three living areas, the speak easy bar, patio seating for 8 and allows use of our expansive prep kitchen if your caterer needs a working prep area. The five hour time frame allows ample time to decorate, set up, and host an impressive event. The package includes use of our 50 outdoor chairs and 3 portable tables. Guests have used this package for Rehearsal Dinners, Wedding Showers, Baby Showers, Class Reunions, Business Meetings, Birthday Parties, Award Ceremonies and more. Linens, Glassware, Flatware rentals are available if desired. Private Chef, additional time and florals can also be included for an additional fee. Maximum Guests 50 people

Indoor/ Outdoor 10 hour package
The 10 hour package is our most popular wedding option. The package allows access to the front porch or gazebo ( both overlooking the Ohio River) for your wedding ceremony, use of the grounds for wedding photography, access to the entire first floor including the Cafe Room with 6 tables and 24 chairs, the Dining Room which seats 14, the three living areas, the speak easy bar, the outdoor patio and allows use of our expansive prep kitchen if your caterer needs a working prep area.
3 - 6ft tables, and 50 white event chairs are available to be set up at your discretion in the outdoor spaces. The package includes the option to bring your own caterer* and your own bartender* for your event. Linens, glassware, and flatware rentals are available. The 12 hour package also includes access to 2 Bedroom areas in the upstairs area of the home for the bridal party's use during the event. The 12 hour package is a great option that allows ample time for decorating, staging, photos and a lengthy event. If the decorator needs to decorate the day prior to the event it can be arranged for an additional fee.
Indoor weddings can host 50 people comfortably. Outdoor weddings can host 100 easily.

Private Ceremony Outdoor Package
The private ceremony package is designed for those wanting a very small affordable option to hold an outdoor wedding ceremony in a beautiful location. The package is a one hour package that allows the wedding party and no more than 10 guests to hold the wedding ceremony and to take photographs on the front porch of the home, the gazebo or exterior grounds. 10 chairs will be available for use. There will be no access to the home or patio areas for this package. Additional time is not available for this package.
